TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL VIRTUAL VISIT

1. Set-up the camera at eye-level
2. Test out your webcam
3. Make sure your volume’s on
4. Test your microphone
5. Plug in your computer or mobile device to avoid power down during call
6. Close unnecessary programs
7. Dress appropriately
8. Find a quiet space where you will not likely be interrupted –  Do NOT attempt to conduct your virtual visit while driving.
9. Adjust the lighting
10. Note anything you’d like to ask or discuss with the doctor
11. Have your doctor’s number on hand in case you get disconnected
