Mercy Care is committed to helping all eligible metro Atlanta residents gain and keep health coverage. In connection with the Health Insurance Marketplace, Mercy Care has Resident/CMS Navigators on staff to help you navigate the state marketplace and/or Medicaid applications.

If you are unsure how to proceed, a Mercy Care Resident Navigator/CMS Navigator Can Help You:

• Understand your health coverage options (including Medicaid and private insurance)
• Apply for health coverage on Georgia Access. If you know you want to enroll or renew in Georgia Access, click HERE. 
• Request a special enrollment period.
• File an appeal.
• Understand and utilize your new insurance.
